Subject: Tightening Torque of Driving Flange
Gentlemen:

To permit a higher torque to be transmitted here as well as
from the series commencement of the /6 models 1 the output
drive shaft/driving flange bevel ratio has been modified from
1:6 to 1:7.
The tightening torque is 20 + 2 mkp for the 1:7 bevel ratio
and 22 + 2 mkp for the 1:6 bevel ratio.
So that no confusion can occur during repair. a list of the
components concerned is given below:
