Subject: Sudden Clutch Engagement (Grabbing)
On the occasion of a customer complaint of uncontrollable
and sudden clutch engagement, we recommend checking the
following:
1. Free and even movement of the clutch
pushrod thrust bearing and. felt. Also
insure bearing is properly lubricated.
2. Lubrication of the splines of the clutch
disc.and transmission input _sh aft.~
