It is very difficult to distinguish these different types of springs by
visual ln~pection only. The risk of mix-up is therefore possible.
Please check your parts stock against the measurements in the above list.
If your customers have submitted complaints, i.e., rattling noises from the
springs, bottoming out l.ID.delro ads, etc. , please check them and install the
correct springs if necessary.
If the work is perfonned l.ID.dewr arranty, you can claim 8 flat rate units
per pair, provided that the incorrect springs are retufti.ed to the importer
