Remove gas tank and J.ines. Remove ail filter t0p cover and element. Remove left and right carburetor intake tubes. Disassemble and remove crankcase breather hoses in lower air filter housing. Remove air lines to cylinder heads and reed valves. Remove both reed valves from lower air filter housing. Remove starter cover. Remove lower air filter housing. Notch starter cover for vacuum lines per illustration “A”. Drill a 9mm i hole for rubber grommet in lower housing per illustration “B”. Install grommet and “T” fitting in lower air filter housing as per illustration “C”. 12. Re-install modified lower air filter housing using locktite on hardware. 13. Install the rubber hose with the flat clamp on the large reed valve (clamp lays flat on surface) and. the twisted clamp on the small reed valve. See illustration “D”. 14. Install reed valves into lower air filter housing with the large valve on the left hand side and small valve on the right. 15. Connect small tube from large valve spigot to “T” fitting inside lower air filter housing. 16. Re-install crankcase breather hoses in lower air filter housing with no modifications. 17. Remove plug screw from each carburetor vacuum spigot located under front of carburetor. 18. Install tubing from small “T” connector to each carburetor vacuum spigot. Secure tubing to fuel lines with cable ties. (Caution, no too tight) l .9. Re-install modified starter cover. 20. Reconnect lines from cylinder heads to reed valves. 21. Re-install carburetor intake tubes and tighten clamps. 22. Re-install airfilter element and cover.
