Carburetor slide rattles at various engine speeds (usually one side of engine). Engine falters when braking if the choke is on and the engine is cold. The carburetor slide oscillates vertically in the slide chamber. Fuel is reaching the choke reservoir via the bleed valve. A rubber “O” ring has been fitted to the _top of the slide to dampen the oscillation. The·-~buretor body and slide have been modified accordingly. The line of the bleed port has also been modified. Introduction: RlOOGS – from frame #6 335 720 Note: RlOOP-D – from frame #6 417 191 Carburetors with the modifications described above are marked with the letter “A” after the type designation (e.g., 94/40/124 A stamped on the fin between the intake stub and the carburetor housing}, The part numbers are unchanged.
