Dear Dealer:
Below is the current reimbursement schedule for all battery
warranty claims. Note that free replacement is provided only in
the first month of service. All batteries must be returned to
Butler & Smith, Inc., clean and drained of acid and wrapped in a
plastic bag, to be considered for warranty, with a completed
warranty claim form signed by the customer. Documentation of date
of sale must also be attached, i.e. sales receipt or repair order,
in the case of replacement batteries.
Proration Rates as of March 1, 1979 are as follows:
