The fuse holder on some models was assembled incorrectly. The small spring which tensions the lug into the fuse was installed 0n the wrong side of the wire lug. This restricts the flow of current throu9h the fuse holder assembly by making a poor contact to the fuse. \ Install spring here Remove the fuse spring from the plastic holder. Pull on the wire end lug slightly, exposing 1 inch of the wire. Wind the small spring onto the wire between the wire end and plastic holder. ~!ind the spring in a manner similar to winding a key onto a key rirrg, or use a soldering iron to unsolder the lug.
