Grip heat is activated by rocker switch on dashboard. LOW – OFF – HIGH In a few cases the w1 r1 ng col or codes have been mistaken1y switched at the connection between the switch and main wiring harness. If you are uncertain that the grips are heating in both positions, you can perform a simple test by using a thermometer. Touch a .grip with the thermometer and switch the push buttom to either 11High11 or 11Low11 position. Low Position will heat to approximately 97ยฐ F. High Position will heat to approximate1y 138ยฐ F. If the above temperatures are approximately reached, there is no problem. Please initial and route to the following before filing ( ( Note: Remedy: Warranty Status: To obtain these readings we used a very accurate digital pyrometer. Depending on the accuracy of your thermometer, your readings may differ from ours. Use a Wire Terminal Removal tool to fit a 1.6 mm pin connector.
