Ref: Retensioning wheel spokes
Dear Sirs,
We would like to instruct you that retensioning of wheel
spokes must only be carried out after removal of the tyre and
the rim tape. Spoke ends which protrude after retensioning
must be filed down.
If, contrary to these instructions, spokes are retensioned
without taking off the tyre protruding spoke endsmay damage
the tyre tube.
