If you own a motorcycle, especially a classic or even a modern BMW, chances are you are familiar with or have even spoken with Ted Porter at the Beemer Shop about suspension, transmission or head work for your bike.Tedโ€™s history with all things BMW, goes back into the mid 70โ€™s when he bought his first airhead. That started a lifelong involvement with the bikes that eventually blossomed into work as a professional mechanic and opening the Beemer Shop in 2004.

In todayโ€™s episode, weโ€™ll visit with Ted about growing up as the son of a mechanic and how that shaped his personal and professional life. Weโ€™ll also dig into his long history with BMW airheads, his experiences as a master BMW technician and hear some entertaining stories, as only Ted can tell โ€˜em.
