It’s part two of our chat with Grammy Nominated musician and airhead enthusiast Hans Christian. When we last were together our conversation was rudely interrupted by poor phone service from our local telco—Yelcot. Alas, we were able to re-establish a phone connection a few days later and we’ll pick up the chat and get into some good airhead conversation, as promised. On tap we’ll visit with Hans about refreshing his R50/5 and we’ll get some tips from him on relining the tank, touching up the frame and repairing the seat hinge on the frame among other topics.
Also….We’ll be taking the month of July off for some travel that includes a trip to Germany and a Nurburg Green 75/6. More on that later. So in lieu of new programs for the next several weeks we are re releasing two full episodes of Tech Talk segments w/ William Plam from Boxer 2 Valve. We’ll cover a number of topics in these including airhead brakes, top end refreshing, transmissions and replacing the rear main seal. So, while we are away, hope you’ll revisit these segments and we’ll be back with new programs in August—including the long awaited interview with Hans Muth.
